In news that has ruffled more than a few fanboy feathers PS3 users will soon be able to 'play' Halo...
While Microsoft may be holding back on Blu-ray for their Xbox 360 video game system, they will allow a new seven part anime series based on the popular Xbox-exclusive game Halo to be released on the high definition format. 'Halo Legends', which is currently being worked for a 2010 release, will feature seven short anime films based in the Halo universe.
Ok, so you can't exactly play it, but when Halo Legends does launch on DVD in February 2010 you will also be able to pick up the Halo Legends Blu-Ray edition. Not only that but the Blu-Ray edition will have an "exclusive overview of the events through Halo 3". So in order to watch the best quality Halo Legends and get exclusive content Xbox users will need their competitors console. (or a Blu-Ray player, but who would waste their money on a stand-alone Blu-Ray player!?)
Blu-Ray.com is obviously taking the non provocative aproach, advertising it by saying "Soon you'll be able to play Halo on your PS3"

>Halo Anime
These two words aren't supposed to be together.
RvB is the only "Halo Themed" type of video that's worth the watch.
More generic scat for the masses.
