When i first saw this i thought it was unreal.  At 20.5mm in length, 39mm in width, and 8mm in height this is easily the smallest ssd ever created.This also has a respectable read and right speed of 160Mbs and 150Mbs. I am expecting these to be anywere between $300-$400. I think this is a cool idea and when is at a reseonable price will be a perfect fit for netbooks and other small form factor devices such as phones and ultra mobile pcs. I can imagine 3-5 years from now every phone using one of these . I can't wait to see more of these.

ummm, isn't it obvious? it just plugs into your sata you dont need to mount it, kind of like a USB flash drive

true so i don't know how they're gonna do this but this is only a prototype. maybe they're make so proprietary sata connection that also supplies power. that would be cool

hmmm... maybe a version of sata3 will supply power... there should be plenty of power in the motherboard for these...

well, my external gets plugged into i wall and into a esta port so its getting powered though the wall
sata dosent supply power
well enough power for a harddrive
