Five years ago, to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of The Elder Scrolls, we released The Elder Scrolls: Arena as a free download. If you do the math, that means the series is now celebrating its 15th Anniversary. So despite saying we’d never do it, we’ve decided to release The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall as a FREE download too!

Sure, Morrowind is fantastic, one of the best games ever. (Daggerfall is the 2nd best in the series, but that's not saying much as Arena was first of its kind and Oblivion was absolutely atrocious.)

atrocious??? that is going too far... maybe not as good as morrowind and daggerfall but still the best RPG of any modern RPG (in the last few years). I liked it better than Fallout 3 even. I had a ton of fun with it... just wished it was deeper.  After some mods and such it is a great game.

Thanks a million man! I just downloaded it along with Arena... I clocked 100's of hours on those games... I still think Daggerfall and Morrowind were the best TES games. It's nice to have them in a single file.

Celebrating the Happy 15th anniversary of TES. Now dagger-fall is being given away for free, I used to love this game, as I am sure many of you did! Logan, you raved about this game at times in your Tiger Direct review, now you can play it again!
